Advance Care Planning Facilitator Training

Calling all non-profit community organizations! Equip your staff and volunteers to become facilitators of advance care planning and to host public information sessions that help people make informed decisions about their future health and personal care needs.

The BC Centre for Palliative Care offers FREE interactive training. The training includes 6 hours of guided learning, a robust library of resources and coaching to help you deliver information session to the public in your community!
