[Resource] Systems Map Community Campaign Kit
Healthy Aging Alberta is thrilled to introduce the new Systems Map—an interactive tool that visualizes the relationships, collaborations, and service networks within Alberta’s community-based seniors serving (CBSS) sector.
With the Systems Map, you can:
- Search for organizations by name, region, or service area.
- Identify potential partnerships or collaborations.
- See where service gaps and opportunities exist.
Use our Community Campaign Kit to help spread the word!
The Systems Map Community Campaign Kit contains email templates and newsletter and social media content that organizations can share with their own partners and networks.
By sharing the Systems Map with your networks, we can reach more community-based seniors serving (CBSS) organizations to help make the map more accurate and representative of our sector.
