This group is focused on developing solutions to help older adults maintain their social connections to others and maintain positive mental health. Regular partner meetings to share best practices, learn from each other, and discuss solutions or supports.

The August Partners Meeting theme will be around:

Intergenerational Programming - As summer ends and school is starting up again, the SCWMH team would like to discuss Intergenerational Programming. In this meeting, we will discuss what initiatives folks are currently planning in their communities and ideas about new intergenerational programs that could be implemented in different communities. Join us to discuss what you have going on and get inspiration from others!
