- Identify outcomes and impacts for older adults, partners, and funders

- Strengthen funding requests with shared sector language

- Support strategic planning, evaluation, and collaboration

During this interactive session, Northern Regional Community Developer Michael Procinsky will provide a live demonstration of the tool’s features and functionality.
