VOICES AGAINST RACISM: COMMUNITY ADVOCACY IN CALGARY- UNAC-CALGARY AGM AND COMMUNITY CONVERSATION

UNAC-CALGARY AGM AND COMMUNITY CONVERSATION
UNAC-Calgary’s new agenda is focused on SDG 17: Partnership for the Goals. We aim to highlight and amplify the voices and actions that are building a more equitable, diverse, inclusive, and sustainable Calgary. On March 21, The International Day for Elimination of Racial Discrimination, let’s gather in a safe, non-judgemental space for conversation and understanding of diverse community experiences as they relate to Anti-Racism work in Calgary.
This event aims to keep UNAC-C members and the public informed on important organizational changes and progress as a basis for good governance. Accompanying the regular Annual General Meeting reporting, UNAC-C is holding space for Community members to share their experiences that connect with the 17 Sustainable Development Goals within Anti-Racism work.
