Social Prescribing for Older Adults in Alberta - Panel Discussion

March 9th is Social Prescribing Day! An opportunity to celebrate social prescribing and demonstrate the impact that it can have on people’s health and wellbeing. Healthy Aging Alberta is excited to launch the Social Prescribing Group on CORE by hosting a panel discussion with three regional projects that are leading the way for social prescribing implementation in Alberta. Social Prescribing Network Coordinators in Calgary, Edmonton, and Lethbridge will share their experiences working with primary and acute care providers to make social prescriptions to the Link Workers working in CBSS organizations in these communities.
