[Online Event] Community Supports - Community of Practice

The Community Supports Community of Practice is an open meeting designed to bring together any organizations, service providers, community leaders, and partners interested in strengthening community-based supports for older adults. Through shared learning, networking, and discussion of emerging needs and promising practices, participants explore ways to enhance access to community-based services and programs that promote social connection, independence, well-being, and aging in place for older Albertans.
