Join us for an Intergenerational Speaker Series where learning and connection will occur across generations.
The Calgary Association of Lifelong Learners (CALL) and Mount Royal University have partnered together to bring you a series that will bring aging adults from the community and Mount Royal Universitt Students together to discuss a variety of topics.
Event 3: "Moving Through Challenging Times"
Intent: The focus of the event is to discuss the challenges of affordable living, gain knowledge on maintaining sustainable well-being and promote intergenerational discussion, participation, and enjoyment. This event will emphasize mindfulness, affordability, nutrition and strategies for making connections
Keynote Speaker: Julie Van Rosendaal, Calgary-based Candian food write
Cost: FREE. A light lunch will be provided.
