Grandparents Who Parent Support Group
Are you a grandparent who is parenting your grandchild or grandchildren? You are not alone!
We offer a space for grandparents who are parenting to support, and strengthen one another!
Facilitated Topics:
- Identifying the impact of family histories and intergenerational trauma
- Healing practices for building resilience and capacity
- Working with a brain overcome by anxiety and fear
- Building healthy boundaries
- Exploring Parenting Practices for children affected by trauma
- Promoting hope
This group runs every Tuesday April 25th – June 13th from 10am - 11:15am
Location: C5 Hub 14017 Victoria Trail with Zoom option
