Ada Tai, CPHR   

Ada is an inspiring HR consultant, university instructor, and speaker. With an MBA degree and HR designations from Canada and the US, she has empowered a diverse range of organizations. Through her consulting firm, Ada and her dedicated team have transformed HR practices for over 30 nonprofit organizations in Alberta. As a sought-after speaker, she regularly shares her expertise on people management topics across the province. 


Greg McNeill, CPHR   

Greg, a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and Certified Human Resources Professional (CPHR), has been the President of MCNEILL HUMAN RESOURCES for the past five years, offering comprehensive HR services to small and mid-sized businesses in Alberta, British Columbia, and Saskatchewan. With over 30 years of experience in leading HR teams at organizations like ATCO Electric and Finning Canada, Greg excels in HR innovation, executive leadership, and recruitment. His wide range of experience and leadership responsibilities have given him the ability to understand the operational and business side of business.He has also contributed significantly to the community through his board work with Ronald McDonald House Northern Alberta and the Glenrose Rehabilitation Hospital Foundation. Greg's expertise in recruitment has taken him around the world, bringing valuable talent to various organizations. 


Matthew Chapelsky, CPHR 

Matt is an HR professional with 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical, industrial construction, airline, and manufacturing industries. Currently, Matt is the Director of Human Resources for Stream-Flo Group of Companies, an organization of over 1200 employees in over 20 countries. He sits on the Board of Directors for ElderCare Edmonton, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting adults and their caregivers. Matt has experience with all areas of HR, including developing Total Rewards strategies for various organizations. 


Noha El-Banna, CPHRNoha is a trusted HR leader with over 30 years of experience in the nonprofit and public sectors, specializing in business transformations and change management. She excels in coaching leaders, elevating HR functions, and leading HR modernization programs. Noha has received the Excellence of Innovation award from the Minister of Innovation of Alberta and is a certified facilitator in multiple methodologies. She has led large-scale projects and worked with various nonprofits in Alberta.
