What is Emergency Preparedness (E-Prep)?
E-Prep is a two-hour interactive and educational workshop that uses a step-by-step approach to discuss, explore, discover, and create a personalized preparedness kit while focusing on mental health and emotional wellness for individuals and communities.
What makes it stand out?
E-Prep helps people understand the importance of emotional and practical preparedness and it provides steps to help people to make emergency plans that are unique to their lives. It’s interactive, adaptable, flexible, informative, and empowering. E-Prep can be delivered online or in-person.
