Rethink your definition of the commonly used word “Professionalism”. We will discuss the roots of professionalism and how it is situated in White Supremacy, racism, and discrimination. We will give you tools on how to unlearn these aspects of professionalism and rebrand the use of the word and how we live it in the workplace.
