The Healthy Aging Alberta team has been working with Anne Smith, Consultant from Healthy Aging Alberta and Marlene Raasok, Culture Change Project Lead from Alberta Association on Gerontology on the Wellbeing and Living Well for Older Albertans, Cross Sector, Community-Focused Collaboration and Service Integration report. In this session, Anne and Marlene will present key findings from the report.
