Connecting People & Community Partners' Meeting: June

These meetings are hosted by the Connecting People and Community for Living Well provincial team and feature a variety of topics, guest speakers and themes. They are open to anyone involved in (or interested in) supporting seniors and people affected by dementia in the community and/or multi-sector community teams.

Our final meeting before we break for the summer will feature highlights from the International Conference on Integrated Care being held May 22-24 in Antwerp, Belgium where team members are attending and presenting on the Connecting People and Community for Living Well project.
