Your Feedback is Needed on the Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act
The Government of Canada is looking for feedback from the 38,000 or 20% of nonprofits and charities that are federally incorporated under the Canada Not-for-Profit Corporations Act as part of the ten-year review of the legislation. This is a chance for organizations to highlight any issues with the Act.
Those interested can submit their feedback at ic.nfpactreview-examenloibnl.ic@canada.ca.
The consultation is open now and runs until July 30, 2021.
