The Healthy Aging Framework Digital Tool is an innovative resource designed to support and streamline community development efforts. It is a practical, Alberta-made tool that helps community-based seniors serving (CBSS) organizations:
- Organize and communicate your programs clearly
- Identify outcomes and impacts for older adults, partners, and funders
- Strengthen funding requests with shared sector language
- Support strategic planning, evaluation, and collaboration
During this session, Northern Regional Community Developer Michael Procinsky and Rebecca Aspden, Regional Community Development Team Lead, will provide a live demonstration of the tool’s features and functionality. Participants will have the opportunity to explore the tool hands-on and discover how it can enhance their work for strategic planning.
