Visit ucahelps.alberta.ca for more helpful tips.

If you would like to see an estimate of how much energy an appliances uses, check out the FortisAlberta Electricity Calculator.

The Utilities Consumer Advocate (UCA) is committed to helping Albertans with their utility questions, concerns and issues.

The UCA’s Mediation Team can help you understand your bill, review terms and conditions of contracts, compare utility rates, and resolve issues with your utility provider.

Call the UCA at 310-4UCA (4822) or 1-888-644-6609 (outside Alberta) during business hours or email ucahelps@gov.ab.ca. The UCA’s services are completely free, and interpreter services are available in over 240 languages.
