[Resource] THE FRAMEWORK ON PALLIATIVE CARE IN CANADA— FIVE YEARS LATER
In the recently released Progress Report on the State of Palliative Care in Canada, work spearheaded by the BCCPC has been acknowledged as integral to key collaborative initiatives aimed at advancing palliative care.
Of special interest in this significant report are BCCPC’s Serious Illness Conversation training, our leadership in the Compassionate Communities movement (in particular our Seed Grants program) and our work in advancing advance care planning training and resources, with special mention of our adapted ACP materials.
READ THE REPORT - See Section 4 for more information on how BCCPC’s work contributes to the National Framework's vision.
