                    2SLGBTQI+ older adults face unique challenges as they age and often experience barriers to access across healthcare, long-term care, retirement, homecare, and social service environments. This toolkit includes guidance from working groups, insights from folks with lived expertise, and real-world examples and resources to support practitioners in providing respectful, inclusive, and affirming care.
