[Report] Seniors Connected Outreach
How We Coordinated City-Wide Outreach Services for Edmonton Seniors
Seniors Coordinated Outreach was a collaboration of 26 organizations to redesign how outreach services are delivered across Edmonton. The new model for Seniors Coordinated Outreach was initiated on July 1, 2023.
This report shares the culmination of that redesign and what was learned through the process.
