On September 27, 2022, the Connecting People & Community for Living Well provincial CORE group had its first Partners' Meeting of the 2022-2023 season! This is a one-hour time slot facilitated by the provincial team supporting the work. The meeting brings those who are interested in advancing a multi-sector collaborative approach to supporting those affected by dementia
