RECORDING - Celebratory Wrap-Up of the CORE Frailty Series!
You can access the recording HERE.
Please find the slide deck shared during the event attached.
On April 5, 2022, the five participating* CORE Groups of the Frailty Series came together to provide highlights and learnings from previous sessions that they hosted. This event provided a fulsome recap of CORE's first ever series with the groups additionally hosting break-out rooms for participants to visit, learn more about the group and discuss the group's unique perspective on frailty.
Thank you so much to our CORE Groups for their hard work and participation in the series! We encourage everyone to check out the other recordings in the series HERE.
Join the groups and stay in the loop! Check them out by clicking the "Groups" tab on CORE with your account!
*Five participating groups were: CORE Caregivers, CORE Falls Prevention, CORE Elder Abuse, CORE Age-Friendly and CORE Intergenerational Community of Practice.
About the series: This event is part of the CORE Frailty Series.
