Join Healthy Aging Alberta for a walkthrough of key findings from the Provincial Assisted Transportation Project: Transportation Models Survey Report (September 2025).
This session will explore how transportation services are currently delivered across Alberta communities, including service design, staffing, scheduling, and funding approaches. We’ll also introduce a practical way of thinking about transportation service types based on vehicle capacity and community context.
Participants will gain insight into:
- Common transportation models across rural and community-based settings
- Key challenges and variations in service delivery
- Emerging opportunities to strengthen and align transportation services across the province
This session will also include time for discussion and reflection to support shared learning across communities.
