Questionnaire on Education and Training for Dementia Care (November 30)
If you are a health care provider who works with people living with dementia, the Public Health Agency of Canada is interested in hearing from you about the education and training available for dementia care. The information gathered through this questionnaire will inform priority-setting for future work and we hope to hear from care providers across the country.
