Housing and Justice Report 2020

This report provides results from a February 2020 housing and justice forum focused on promising practices to improve support for individuals with mental health, addictions, and other complex needs who are involved with the criminal justice system. Key themes from the forum included: (1) available and accessible services; (2) increased communication, cooperation and collaboration; (3) continuity of care and consistent discharge planning; (4) increased education and training; (5) increased legal support services; (6) the need to increase housing supply.

This report will be of interest to professionals planning or providing supports for older adults with complex service needs.
