COURAGE: Action for Better Aging 360 Living Model Resources

A 360 Living Model involves designing a model where housing, health, social and lifestyle needs are intertwined and can be advanced together.

COURAGE’s 360 Living Models pages 360 comprised of two directions of action:

• 360 Living Model Blueprint: A guide for reimaging aging in our communities. This living document serves as a framework for communities to consider when designing their own solutions and includes a methodology, definition, supporting pillars, essential elements, considerations and a glossary of common terms.
• 360 Living Model Inventory: A curated selection of 360 Living Models from Canada, the United States and other countries that range from low- to high-intensity approaches.
