[Resource] Community Based Senior Serving Organizations (CBSS) A Coordinated Sector- Messaging Package
Community Based Senior Serving (CBSS) Organizations Image
Do you need a graphic to use to show how the CBSS sector works together to support older Albertan's. This image we have developed shows how Older Adults are at the center of the services and how we are all working together, with other sector allies such as government, health, housing to improve the well-being of older adults.
Messaging
Also attached to this we have a non-partisan messaging about the CBSS sector and questions you can ask candidates or leadership representatives at any level of government to see how they plan to support older adults. This tool is meant to guide your conversation and give you six important questions to ask to folks in leadership to determine their priorities.
Journey Map of an Older Adult
Sarah's Journey map shows the impact of CBSS services on the life of an older adult. It shows how her life could progress without CBSS interventions and how her well-being shifts with CBSS interventions. You can use this tool to discuss the impact of CBSS services on the community and older adults.
