We invite you to complete the Healthy Aging Alberta Survey to help us evaluate Healthy Aging Alberta’s (HAA) progress, directly shape the future of our work, and drive change in Alberta’s community-based seniors serving sector.
By participating in this survey, you’ll help us better understand the impact we’re having on your work and how we can improve our efforts to support you in providing services for older adults.

- The survey closes June 30, 2025.
- The survey will only take 10-20 minutes to complete.
- Participation is voluntary and all responses are anonymous and confidential.
- You can pause and resume the survey by entering your email if you choose. Your email won't be linked to your answers or stored by us in any way.
- The United Way of Calgary and Area developed this survey and will only use the data collected for the purposes of this project.
