resource image

Two years into the pandemic nonprofits are still struggling to keep the lights on and we are asking ourselves ‘how can we protect programs and services that are too essential to fail?’ Over the last two years, CCVO has made several recommendations to the Government of Alberta in support of community recovery. These recommendations have been consistently met with the common message that there is no money. It also offers tangible solutions for our Government of Alberta to make a wise investment now in ensuring a sector too essential to fail is able to meet the need of Albertans now and into the future.
