In 2020, the COVID-19 pandemic hit the older adult population the hardest, not only from a risk and mortality perspective, but also in the way it exacerbated isolation and loneliness due to social distancing. As 2021 begins, we are kicking off the year by highlighting inspiring stories of impact and innovation that were derived from the trials of the difficult year. 

From January 1 to January 21, 2021, Aging 2.0 is showcasing inspiring initiatives from around the world that help older adults connect across generations during the COVID-19 pandemic.
