[Survey] Understanding Supports Needed for People with Dementia
The Canadian Dementia Learning and Resource Network (CDLRN) at the Schlegel-UW Research Institute for Aging is launching a national survey to better understand the needs and gaps in support for people living with dementia.
We would like to hear from:
- People living with dementia, mild cognitive impairment, or memory/cognitive challenges
- Caregivers of people with dementia, mild cognitive impairment, or memory/cognitive challenges
- Health care professionals
- Community service or social care providers
- Researchers in the field of dementia
The findings will help identify unmet needs, support researchers and the Public Health Agency of Canada’s understanding of current priorities, and inform future research and funding opportunities.
This survey takes about 15-20 minutes to complete and is available in both English and French.
This study has been reviewed and received ethics clearance through a University of Waterloo Research Ethics Board REB# (48399).
