Edmonton non profit issues urgent plea for washers and dryers

A not-for-profit organization that helps women across Western Canada who have to leave home for cancer treatment has issued a request for help.

Compassion House Edmonton's washers and dryers are out of commission and they are in urgent need of an Edmonton business that may be interested in partnering with them to assist with clean bedding which is essential for the women they serve.

Compassion House provides safe, comfortable and affordable accommodations to women fighting cancer. The group also offers programs and services post-treatment.
