Cindy Calderon - Mount royal University
Description / Summary

This project also included a survey of front-line healthcare providers’ perceptions on the topic and these professionals’ confidence in their ability address this issue with older patients. The project concluded with a community conversation among health and social service providers. The results from this project highlight the importance of collaboration between the community-based seniors serving sector and health care system.
