resource image

The Healthy Aging Asset Index (HAAI) Tool is an innovative holistic senior assessment tool that’s giving Alberta senior-serving agencies new opportunities to support and empower senior well-being! Garnering further interest from agencies in Ontario and BC, this validated tool has demonstrated its effectiveness in reducing senior vulnerability and frailty during pilot testing.

As agencies and Social Prescribing teams in Alberta are being trained to administer the Healthy Aging Asset Index (HAAI) this season, the opportunity looms bright for the sector to better support seniors in their healthy aging journeys, while demonstrating the significant impact that social interventions make in alleviating the challenges faced by seniors and the healthcare system.

We will host an event Dec 12, 2024 about this tool and you can use these resources for your work.
