Perceptions of Aging and Older Adults - Ageism Infographic Demonstrates Perceptions vs. Realities of Aging

The Ministry of Seniors and Housing has released a new infographic highlighting the perceptions and realities of aging and older adults in Alberta.  Featuring statistics on the seniors population in Canada and Alberta, the infographic aims to address common ageist assumptions about growing older and highlights key action items to address ageism and change the stereotype that aging is a negative experience.
