Seniors' Centre Without Walls
Seniors' Centre Without Walls strives to address social isolation in individuals 55 years of age and older throughout Alberta. This is a free, phone based program where participants attend the facilitated sessions of their choice by connecting via ZOOM. Participants can connect via phone, computer or tablet! Individuals can self refer by calling Edmonton Southside PCN's main number at 780.395.2626. These calls will be re-directed to one of our facilitators who will register the participant into the program.
