[Alberta] Open for Intake - Community Support Fund for Indigenous-led Initiatives (Deadline July 12, 2024)

The 2024-25 Community Support Fund is now open for intake and accepting applications from May 13, 2024 to July 12, 2024.

Grant funding of up to $200,000 is available to support Indigenous-led initiatives that:

• Address violence against Indigenous women, girls and 2S+ people
• Increase safety for Indigenous women, girls and 2S+ people
• Increase economic security for Indigenous women, girls and 2S+ people

Please review the website thoroughly to confirm eligibility and to ensure all necessary documents are submitted. Division staff are available to review and provide advice and support on applications that are received at least two weeks prior to the submission deadline. Please indicate in your email submission if you are looking for review and feedback.

We will be hosting virtual and in-person Information Sessions to assist anyone with questions about the application process. If you are interested in attending one of these sessions, please email: CommunitySupportFund@gov.ab.ca and we will add you to the meeting request. The dates are scheduled for:

• Virtual – May 22 (12 - 1:30 pm)
• Edmonton – May 23 (1 - 3:30 pm)
• Calgary – May 28 (1 - 3:30 pm)
• Virtual – May 30 (10 - 11:30 am)
