Janssen: Charitable Donations and Community Support (ongoing deadline)
As part of our general mission, charitable contributions and community support donations support non-profit organizations that benefit patients and/or have a meaningful impact in local communities and the Canadian healthcare ecosystem.
Submissions are evaluated with emphasis on opportunities with measurable outcomes that address health disparities or unmet healthcare needs. Initiatives assisting equity deserving groups and addressing health inequities are of particular interest to us.
Guiding Principles
We are committed to going beyond our immediate business interests by contributing to advancing health and wellbeing in the communities in which we live and work. We do this by focusing our contributions in areas where we may make the most significant impact. Initiatives supporting equity deserving, underrepresented groups, and/or initiatives addressing health inequities are of particular interest to us.
We believe that a targeted approach to charitable giving enables us to focus our resources to support identified needs in the most effective way. As healthcare and improving the trajectory of health are closest to our hearts, our efforts are focused in this area.
Purpose
To support non-profit organizations in activities that will have a meaningful impact in local communities and the Canadian healthcare ecosystem within the following areas:
