[Canada-Wide] 2026 Sienna for Seniors Foundation Grant (deadline: Feb 27, 2026)

The Sienna for Seniors Foundation is proud to announce the launch of our 2026 grant program, continuing our commitment to enhancing the lives of seniors across Canada. We invite registered Canadian charities dedicated to creating moments of happiness and engagement for seniors—or supporting caregivers in their efforts to care for older adults—to apply for one-time grants of up to $50,000.

Our goal is to fund innovative, impactful programs that foster joy, social connection, and well-being for seniors in communities across Canada. We aim to support a diverse range of initiatives that make a meaningful difference, whether through creative engagement programs, health and wellness activities, or caregiver support initiatives.

Key Details:

• Application Deadline: February 27, 2026
• Maximum Grant Amount: $50,000
• Grant Notifications: March 31, 2026
• Programs Must Be Operational By: May 1, 2026
• Programs Must Be Substantially Completed By: January 29, 2027
• Initiatives must directly benefit seniors in Ontario, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, or Alberta.
