No Limits Community Connections

program image

The No Limits Community Connections (NLCC) program aims to help visible minority seniors aged 55+ increase their mental, social, and emotional wellbeing during the pandemic with virtually engaging activities that also promote inclusion and community.

Every week, seniors will virtually meet with their matched volunteer mentor to socialize and engage in conversation. Through an online platform, our technology expert and wellness professionals will lead weekly workshops that help support seniors’ physical and mental wellbeing, as well as enhance their proficiency with technology, the internet, and social media.

Workshops Include:

  • Intro to Computers and Devices, Navigating the Internet, Staying Connected Online, Internet Safety, Online Learning Tools, Mental Health Topics, and Recreational Activities
