LINKages Phone Pal Program
LINKages is excited to introduce their new Phone Pal program! They are looking for adults over the age of 65 to mentor and connect with young adults over the phone. Social isolation during the COVID-19 pandemic has negatively impacted people of all ages.
The Phone Pal program aims to help build meaningful connections and support in these socially distanced days.
*Please note that the youth volunteers are over 18 years old and have undergone police check screening.
- Who can join: Adults over 65 years old living in Alberta
- Time commitment: 1 phone call weekly or biweekly
