Ageless Motion Day
Ageless Motion Day is approaching! The first annual Ageless Motion Day will be June 21, 2023. It is a day to promote healthy active transportation to older adults throughout Alberta.
Ageless Motion Day is hosted by SHAPE: Safe, Healthy, Active People Everywhere. Organizations, groups and individuals can register for the event through the SHAPE website at https://shapeab.ca/ageless-motion-day/. Through this link a downloadable poster is available to promote the event in venues and online. Please spread the word far and wide and help encourage our seniors to incorporate active transportation into their daily life.
