Support a study into how technology can be used to help socially isolated seniors


CARP, in support of the University of Toronto, would like to welcome you to participate in this important research that seeks to combat social isolation in seniors.

Specifically, the study explores how technology can be used in the home to help older people cope with/avoid the negative side effects of isolation as they relate to social wellbeing and overall health.

Eligibility to participate in the survey is as follows:

  • 55 years or older
  • Living in the community (not in long-term care)
  • Fluent in English Living in Canada
  • Are capable of providing informed consent
