Volunteer Alberta is thrilled to host Rob De Pruis from the Insurance Bureau of Canada (IBC) for this online event for Albertan nonprofit organizations. Rob is IBC's Director, Consumer and Industry Relations, Western.

Organizations across Canada are facing extraordinary challenges due to the difficult economic conditions created by the COVID-19 pandemic, and commercial insurance is not immune to this trend.

To assist, IBC – the national association of Canada’s home, auto and business insurers – has developed a series of tools and supports for businesses to improve their understanding of insurance. In this webinar and Q&A session, IBC will discuss with the Albertan nonprofit community the challenges they may be experiencing in the market, supports that are available, and will promote a broad understanding of the commercial insurance market.
