Age-Friendly Housing Series Session 5: Supportive Housing and Continuing Care

In this final session of the series, participants will hear about what older adults should consider when thinking about advance planning and making housing transitions from a legal perspective.  Information will also be shared about the role of continuing care, including home care in supporting aging in community.  Participants will also learn about Alberta’s plans for transforming continuing care.  The session will also include time for participant questions and answers.
