This FREE 2 hour workshop is for anyone interested in learning practical ways to stay strong and healthy while aging. Come to this class for yourself or for a loved one. You can attend this class virtually with a computer or tablet or join over the phone!
Life changes as we age, as do the needs of our bodies. This course will take you through nutrition, staying active, and social activities that can help you stay healthy as you age. This class will be anything but boring ─ participants should attend in comfortable clothes and be prepared to move throughout. We recommend attending in a space with room to move, if possible.

Staying active while aging - 4 key pillars of activity
The importance of being social
