Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) Community Consultation Survey

resource image

The City of Calgary is currently exploring Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) approaches that are being used in Calgary. While this approach is already being used in some of The City's programs, we are hoping to learn how ABCD is being applied by other organizations, what support is needed to make this type of approach work, what challenges or barriers might be involved, and if there are any Calgary-specific considerations. This information will be used to report to the City Council and inform discussions on the topic. Findings from this work will be shared with you.

This survey will take approximately 15 minutes to complete. Your participation in the survey is voluntary and your responses will be kept confidential. Findings from this survey and other community engagement on the topic will be reported in a group format without identifying who said what.

If you have any questions about this survey or need accommodations for completing it, please contact Amanda Theriault at (587) 229-9272 or Amanda.Theriault@calgary.ca.

Thank you very much for your time and participation.
