Healthy Community Grants (deadline February 28, 2023)
Applications are now open for the 2023 Healthy Community Grants through Communities ChooseWell. These grants are designed to support champions to promote and improve healthy eating and active living opportunities in their communities with funding of up to $5,000. Applications will be accepted until the end of February. You may apply either online or with an interview β it is not necessary to do both.
